Franz Koglmann
"Nocturnal Walks"

Taking up a suggestion by Liviana Dan and the Brukenthal Foundation, the Viennese composer/trumpeter Franz Koglmann will compose an 8-part piece for chamber orchestra and trumpet/flugelhorn including a voice recording (original voice of E. M. Cioran) as Austrian contribution to Sibiu (Hermannstadt), European Capital of Culture in 2007.
