Erste Bank Summer University Danubia

Each year, Danubia offers a four-week summer study programme to 60 international business-school students in six Central European countries.

Specialising in financial services and human resource management, the programme enables students to attend a summer course in Central and Eastern European countries. Lecturers include high-profile academics of the partner universities of Vienna’s University of Economics and Business Administration (University of Zagreb, Graduate School of Economics and Business; University of Belgrade, Faculty of Economics; Corvinus University of Budapest; University of Economics, Bratislava; University of Economics, Prague) in the respective countries as well as experts and practitioners of the entire Erste Group.

Starting at the beginning of July, participants go on a tour through Central Europe attending lectures at the Universities of Economics in Zagreb, Belgrade, Budapest, Bratislava, Prague and Vienna. The final examination and the closing ceremony, followed by a party, are celebrated in Vienna at the end of July.

The Erste Bank Summer University Danubia 2006 is open to students of the six partner universities who have completed the first section (“Studienabschnitt”) of business school. Lectures are held in English.
