Artist in Residence at Quartier 21

quartier21 in the MuseumsQuartier provides the infrastructure for the production, communication, and presentation of contemporary cultural offerings. Its theme malls Electric Avenue and transeuropa, an area for cultural offices, artist studios, and exhibition and event halls provide space and support for a number of small cultural initiatives that are autonomous in their content and financing.

Four studios are currently available in quartier21 as part of the Artist-in-Residence program. They are awarded to foreign artists for several months at a time in conjunction with grants.
